Yellow Dragon Fist Kung Fu seminars are run throughout the year at the Yellow Dragon centre. Here are just some of the many things you can expect to learn:
*The seminar will include an introduction to Yellow Dragon Fist Kung Fu, Feng Shui, and a Hard Style Chi Gung technique such as Iron Ribs, which would normally cost up to £1000 to learn individually. Feng Shui introduction courses usually cost £120, so this seminars represent a very unique opportunity indeed.
*You will learn the meaning and purpose behind using Kung Fu to achieve Enlightenment. You'll be taught a Mantis form, the Tai Chi Short form and meditation, and will take part in a demonstration of Iron Shirt and Iron Throat.

*At the end of the seminar you will receive a diploma recognising your attendance, together with a free Yellow Dragon T-shirt, CD and vinyl signed by Master Wong.
